Position description The Rady School of Management (https://rady.ucsd.edu) is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff, and student body, and has occasional openings for temporary non-senate faculty (Unit 18 Lecturers). The Accounting and Finance research areas at Rady are seeking candidates who will support and enhance its teaching mission. Rady offers a Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc) program and a Master of Quantitative Finance (MQF) program for graduate students, as well as an Accounting Minor and a Finance Minor for undergraduate students. Ideal candidates will contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality education. Qualified candidates will have at least one year of teaching experience or specialized field expertise in a business discipline. Preferred qualifications Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field, such as Management with an Accounting or Finance focus. Subject matter expertise, typically obtained through practical business experience of 5+ years. Teaching experience of 3+ years.
