About Us

Windward Life Care has provided Aging Life Care Management; private home health nursing services; and non-medical, in-home caregiving services for older and disabled adults throughout San Diego County since 2004. Windward Life Care provides a continuum of care for aging well at home, and advocacy for clients living in long-term care settings. Through our integrated model of care, clients benefit from the combined skills of their Aging Life Care Manager, home care aides, and home health nurse. Our clinical team has years of experience working in healthcare and behavioral health settings, with specific training in social work, nursing, dementia care, activity engagement, and caregiver support. Our home care aides work together under the guidance of the Care Manager to provide services customized for each client’s needs.


Windward is committed to providing personalized, respectful care to members of San Diego's LGBTQ+ community. Our team has earned the SAGECare Silver Certification for the past three years (2020, 2021, and 2022).
