Jason has spent his entire career working on retirement plans, starting in 1996 as a college intern for a Third Party Administration (TPA) firm in his hometown of Cleveland, OH. Jason has had hands-on experience with administration, record-keeping and investments, and has worked on retirement plans of all shapes and sizes. Jason started Mission Retirement Consulting in 2019 to focus on helping the small business owner with their retirement plan needs. What he learned in his experience is the small business owner often needs the most help, yet they sometimes have the hardest time finding that help. For the last 15 years Jason has called San Diego home. He lives with his wife, Heather; daughter, Grace and son, Lucas in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego. When they have free time the Brady family loves to go camping, spend time at the beach and watch movies at home.
