About Us

Hi, I’m Josh Polanco and I help people make real estate decisions that fit their lifestyles.

A lot has changed in the past 3-5 years and my past has shaped me into who I am today. Real estate is something I’m extremely passionate about, but it’s also something I am doing to continue my husband’s legacy. Before his death, Travis had received his real estate license in Hawaii (where we had recently purchased a home, now an investment property for me).

After things settled and I started new in San Diego I decided to continue his legacy. The plan eventually was that we both would work the business together in Hawaii…of course those plans came to a screeching halt. SO here I am me and my dog living in America’s finest city enjoying the most out of every minute.
