    Administrative Support Assistant (Two Positions) Palomar College Palomar College, founded in 1946, is a comprehensive, two-year community college that serves the greater North San Diego County region. Department: Human Resource Services (Dept) Salary: $15 Full or Part Time: Full-Time Date Opened: 06/12/2018 Close Date: 06/19/2018 Job Duties: Provide administrative support to the department; responsibilities include front desk coverage, answering phones, greeting walk-ins, filing, scanning, making copies; event coordination, ordering office supplies, and scheduling meetings; perform other administrative support related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: To be eligible for this position, you must meet and provide evidence of the following minimum qualifications: • Experience: Four years of administrative support or clerical experience. NOTE : For work experience, a “year” is defined as equivalent to 40 hours per week for 12 months. • Education: Equivalent to the completion of twelfth grade. Only coursework completed at, and degrees awarded by, accredited institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education will be considered as satisfying the minimum qualifications.
